“It’s not too late for a new start.”

Colin Handreck, Coordinator of Financial Counselling at Child and Family Services Ballarat Inc., featured in an article in The Courier recently.

In the article Colin describes some of the gambling problems he sees as a financial counsellor, especially sports betting and online gambling.

He says “online is the new form of particularly insidious gambling, you can lose your house without leaving your house.”

Colin also talks about the help available and encourages people to seek help “…it’s not too late for a new start.”
