Who can access this service?

Anyone who is experiencing harm from gambling can access Gambler’s Help services. This includes people engaged in gambling, as well as family and friends.

How can I access services if I live rurally?

Gambler’s Help West Vic has offices located at various sites throughout the region. Please see ABOUT US to see where we are located. Please call us to discuss options and how we may best address your needs.

Is this a free and confidential service?

Yes, all Gambler’s Help services are free and confidential.

How do I access the service?

Accessing our service is easy. You can contact us by phone Monday to Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm or send an email via CONTACT US. If you live in Ballarat, Bacchus Marsh, Stawell, Ararat or Horsham you can also walk in to your local agency to speak to someone. See ABOUT US for our locations and contact details.
